Shipping policy

Orders are typically dispatched on the first Monday after of receipt of payment. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Posted shipping rates may change at any time.

Contiguous United States Shipping
Viand Mercantile uses USPS and UPS for all contiguous United States shipments. Rates are calculated based on item weight. Oversized and Furniture items ship for $250 and will be delivered by White Glove Delivery and will be organized by Viand Mercantile. Timeline will be determined by shipping carrier. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Canada Shipping
Rates are calculated based on item weight and ship via DHL and USPS. Additional carrier rates may appear at checkout

International
International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Shipping fees, duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Rush Shipping
If you need an item quicker than posted shipping speeds, please contact info@viandmercantile.com. We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping. Kindly note that fees for rush shipping are the responsibility of the customer, and will be added to the order after checkout.

PO Boxes
Carriers may not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend shipping to residential or business addresses to avoid delays in processing or delivery. Please contact info@viandmercantile.com if you have any questions.

Delays/Storms/Damages
After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please monitor tracking to ensure a successful delivery. Contact the carrier if you have further questions about your package and timeline after dispatch from Viand Mercantile. Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Viand Mercantile and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Billed separately.

During busier seasons and the holiday season, please allow for an extended processing time. If you have any questions about your order, please contact info@viandmercantile.com.

In-Store Pickup
Viand is pleased to offer local pick-up as an option for our online sales. Orders purchased online may be picked up in store only after an email nofication has been received. We cannot guarantee that pick-up orders will be ready before a notice of readiness, and customers may be sent away even if items are on the store shelves. All orders must be picked up within 14 days of notice of readiness, or the order may be subject to a refund and all items may be restocked. While we do not accept rush pick-up orders, we will always do our best to accommodate you.
