Each mask ismade by Aborigines of the Chané culture. Yuchán wood (ceiba insignis) is used and hand-carved with a knife. Then hand-painted by skilled artisans with brushes made from the hair of a rodent (the acutí) using natural pigments (extracted from stones, coal and flowers). Made in Argentina
