*Fools Paper is a high-end Japanese writing paper, famously used in Tsubame's notebooks - it's designed to be exceptionally smooth yet fast-drying for fountain pens. Originating as a superior alternative to imported British Foolscap in the 1940s, it is known for being non-feathering, bleed-resistant, and having a slightly cream color that is easy on the eyes.
